Alter ego of Josep Quinto, urban pop artist raised in Pego, where bands such as La Gossa Sorda or Smoking Souls were born. There he began playing in local bands during his teenage years. However, for his solo career he has freed himself from the dominant currents, has reformulated his path and has merged the experiences of youth with the influences of American urban pop-rap. With the aim of renewing the Valencian music scene, QUINTO debuted in 2024 with the EP V (Primavera d'Hivern). That work, and the more than 20 concerts he gave throughout the territory, earned him a Revelation Artist at the Ovidi Awards. It was the past March when the artist released his first full-length album through the Primavera d'Hivern label: DCDV (Demà Canvie De Vida; I Change My Life Tomorrow). It is a work of eleven songs where he writes the manifesto of a generation that fights against precariousness and seeks its own space to exist, cry and celebrate.
