La Xica

Marina Bolea, known artistically as LA XICA, is a composer, violinist and singer born in València. Her classical musical training began in childhood. However, it was in 2016 when she took to the stage for the first time as a vocalist with the group Bescara. Shortly after, in 2018, she was one of the founders of Maluks, a dancehall, reggae and electronic band that was active until 2024. Now solo, LA XICA bets on an electronic pop full of contrasts. Thus, deep basses and synthesizers create an intense sound universe full of chiaroscuro at the service of a voice that sings and screams with emotion. After several advances in 2025, last January was published Alabatre, her first full-length album, through the Propaganda pel Fet label.
