Depresión Sonora

Project by Marcos Crespo, born in the neighborhood of Vallecas (Madrid) in 1997. The biographical fact is important because his songs explore the concerns of a twenty-year-old from the outskirts and the emotional turbulence he goes through. His music is nourished by post-punk to x-ray the present of a fatigued, anxious generation forced to hyper-productivity. The compositions, of documentary value, have been reflected in various EPs (Depresión Sonora, 2020; Historias tristes para dormir bien, 2021; Makinavaja, 2024), singles and albums (El arte de morir muy despecio, 2022). His latest full-length is Los perros no entienden internet (Sonido Muchacho, 2025) where he takes risks without calculating because he understands that playing is a form of resistance. And, in addition, he continues to offer melodies that stand as the soundtrack of a generation.
